Marzia Greco

Ms. Marzia Greco graduated in law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in January 2019, on time and cum laude, discussing a thesis on constitutional law – with profiles of civil procedural law – entitled “Constitutional profiles of nomofilachia“. (Supervisor Prof. Massimo Luciani). A few months after receiving her degree, she was awarded by “La Sapienza” as “Excellent Graduate of the academic year 2017/2018” during a public ceremony.

Winner of an Erasmus scholarship, in the 2016-2017 academic year she had the opportunity to study for six months at Kozminski University, the prestigious private university in Warsaw.

For academic merits, the University allowed her to anticipate the legal traineeship (concluded in April 2020) before graduating. She has been steadily collaborating with the Imbergamo Law Firm since October 2018.

She has gained experience in civil litigation, especially in the field of medical liability, inheritance and family law, real estate law as well as debt collection.

She has also dealt with and still deals with commercial law (with a special focus on company law), anti-money laundering (AML) and contracts – both in and out of court. Furthermore, she provides assistance to foreign citizens who intend to appeal to the judicial authorities for the purpose of recognizing Italian citizenship.
